The event takes place on the Main Road in Tawa, in the Main Shopping Area (between the roundabout on the intersection of the Main Road/Cambridge Street/Lyndhurst Road and the roundabout on the intersection of the Main Road and Surrey Street).
There is plenty of on street parking in the streets surrounding the event. There is also car parking available behind the Tawa Community Centre in Cambridge Street, beside New World Tawa in Oxford Street and at the Tawa Station Park and Ride.
There is no cost to enter Spring into Tawa.
The Event Information Caravan will be located on the bus stop on the Main Road opposite Essex Street. Here you'll find information about the event as well as access to free sunscreen and water. This will also be where lost children, pets and property will be gathered.
Bus Route 60 travels between Johnsonville and Porirua through Tawa. On the day of the event, a temporary bus stop will be set up in Oxford Street opposite New World Tawa. This will replace the regular Bus Stop on the Main Road which is affected by the road closure. The temporary bus stop is a two minute walk to the event.

There are three ATMs in Tawa (BNZ, ANZ and Kiwibank). All are located on the Main Road within the festival area.
Some retailers and stallholders may be happy to provide a cash-out facility. There is no event cash-out facility.
Lost property and lost children can be located at the Information Caravan – which will be located on the Main Road, opposite Essex Street.
Spring into Tawa is a dog friendly event – as long as they are on a leash and are not aggressive.
Tawa has a range of fantastic retailers – most will be open for the duration of the festival. Please make sure you visit them too.
