Register Your Food Truck

If you are registering a stall that is not a Food Truck, PLEASE REGISTER HERE.

Before you begin, check the Stallholder Information page and Stallholder FAQs. The online form will time out after 30mins so please be ready to complete this whole form in one session.

This information is gathered for the sole purpose of Spring into Tawa 2018 and will not be provided or sold to any other entity.  By providing us with your email, you agree to email communications from the organisers about the event.  You can opt out of these if you wish.

From time to time you may receive updates from the Tawa Residents Association (the organising body of Spring into Tawa 2018). You will be able to opt out of these emails at anytime.

This is the name of your stall and it will be displayed as written here on the event stallholder list.

Select the type of your stall. Check the Stallholder Information page to ensure you select the correct type.

Enter the name of the main contact person for your stall.
&nsbp;
Enter the contact number for the main contact person. Where possible this should be a cellphone number.
&nsbp;
Enter the email for the main contact person for your stall. Most communications from the organisers will be via email.
&nsbp;
Explain in as much detail as possible the food that you are selling – including if the intention is the food will be consumed at the event, or sold to take away.

Please describe the food that you will be selling at the event. Be as specific as possible as this will help us ensure a variety of food at the event.

Please detail the size of your truck or food trailer – length and width (from the front A frame to the back).
&nsbp;
Detail the type of cables you will use (caravan, 3 pin or other) and the metres in length of cable that you will have. Note a minimum of 20m of cables is required and they must have a current electrical test tag.

Are you on a food control plan?

Describe where the food will be prepared? The Wellington City Council requires us to be aware of where all food being sold at the event is prepared. Name or describe the premises where your food will be prepared.

Describe where the food will be stored prior to the event?
&nsbp;
Describe how the food will be transported to the event (e.g. in a refrigerator, in ice boxes or insulated containers)?
&nsbp;
Describe what food prep will be done in the truck/trailer at the event?
&nsbp;
Are you bringing a thermometer for food temperature control?
&nsbp;
Do you hold a Food Safety Certificate?

Required answer if YES above. Please attach your certificate to the application.

Detail all the food cooking equipment that you will have in your truck/trailer with associated information?
&nsbp;
Have you previously held a stall at Spring into Tawa?
&nsbp;
Required answer if YES above. Priority is given to previous stallholders at Spring into Tawa if we have more requests than space available.

By ticking this box, you agree to the following specific conditions. All your cords, extension cords and electrical items must have current electrical tags. If equipment or cords do not have current tags, you will not be permitted to use Festival (Generator) power. Generators may be used only if silent. You must have a minimum length of 20m of cable to connect to the generator. A $10 charge will apply for additional cabling – and is subject to availability.
